Icon Membership Diversity Survey (February 2022)

This year, building on the work of the Diversity Task & Finish group, we decided to include within Icon triennial membership survey a range of questions relating to diversity and inclusion and adopted the definitions used by the Office for National Statistics. The purpose was to establish a statistically meaningful baseline that we can use, over time, to track the effectiveness of our work.
