Icon Event Booking: Terms & Conditions

The following policy applies for those booking onto Icon events.

1. Booked tickets are for the named delegate only. 
2. Payment is taken when an event is booked. 
3. Attendance can be cancelled any time up to 1 working day before the event. Refunds will be made based on:
   1. Cancelled 4 weeks or more before event – full refund
   2. Cancelled less than 4 weeks before event – 50% refund
   3. Cancelled less than 2 weeks before event – no refund
4. Attendees can transfer their booking to another person any time up to 1 working day before the event. 
5. When a booking is transferred to another person who would normally pay more than the original delegate, then the balance will be payable at the time of arranging the transfer. Refunds will not be paid if the transfer is to a person who would normally pay less than the original attender, no refund will be paid.
