Working as a conservator involves drawing on broad range of skills to meet all types of demands. From confidence in project management, to sensitivity around client communications, not everyone is perfect in all areas of their work!
This workshop will include evidence for and against different technique for success, and an opportunity for experiential learning and reflective practice. You'll also get a chance to discuss common blockers with your conservation peers, troubleshoot, and learn how to integrate evidence-based tools into your day-to-day work practice.
Regardless of your organisation size or whether you are in private practice or public, a success mindset can serve to ensure you use best practice in advocating for the heritage under your care.
