This practical six-week online group programme is designed for conservators who want to develop their confidence, influence, and people skills.
Participants will build the capability to advocate effectively for themselves, their teams, and the field of conservation. The programme will provide actionable strategies for navigating workplace challenges, enhancing communication, and fostering stronger professional relationships. Participants will:
