We’re looking for a Project Manager with a creative or design background. Someone who understands both the artistry and the structure of managing complex, heritage-led projects. Perhaps you’re an architect, designer, or maker ready to apply your creative thinking to the world of conservation.
About the Role
You’ll oversee projects from planning to completion, coordinating clients, artisans, conservators, and stakeholders to deliver work of exceptional quality. You’ll:
- Manage restoration projects with precision, creativity, and care.
- Collaborate closely with specialist craftspeople and conservation experts.
- Prepare scopes, budgets, and documentation for clients and heritage bodies.
- Lead teams and ensure best practice in safety and sustainability.
- Build strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and collaboration.
About You
You bring a balance of creativity and structure able to visualise outcomes and manage the detail that gets you there.
- Background in architecture, design, or craft/fabrication
- Experience in project management within creative, heritage, or construction settings
- Excellent communicator and collaborator - Passionate about sustainability and cultural preservation
