Established in 1997 we are based in Grantham, where we have our offices and studios, and work on projects throughout the UK as well as overseas. Clients include English Heritage, The National Trust, numerous churches and cathedrals, local authorities and private clients. Whether it be prehistoric or late 20th century everything we work on has cultural significance and is treated with care and respect in accordance with recognised conservation principles.
About the Role
We are seeking a conservation manager to see projects through from the initial enquiry to the final completion, as a team leader. Your role will be primarily office-based but with a significant part of your time attending site meetings, and on site estimating, surveying and project management. There will occasionally be the need to work away for short periods, tailored to your individual requirements.

Hours are expected to be 40 hours per week but with some flexibility, and we would consider a part-time or reduced hours application. Overtime rates apply as do travel-time pay when on site and working away allowances.
