Revealing the Past: Analytical Methods in Heritage Science

What can science do for art?

Join us for a day of talks at the Victoria and Albert Museum on a wide array of analytical techniques, jointly hosted by the Royal Society of Chemistry and the UKRI/AHRC. We will hear short talks from:
  • Authors of heritage science technical briefs in the RSC’s Analytical Methods journal, curated by the Heritage Science Expert Working Group of the AMC, and
  • Grant recipients under tranche 1 of the new RICHeS scheme.
Attendance in person or online is free and lunch will be provided. The event will not be recorded.

Generously supported by the Analytical Methods Trust and the Analytical Chemistry Trust Fund. The RICHeS programme is also acknowledged for its support of this event, helping to advance collaboration and innovation in conservation and heritage science.
