Icon's holds two annual Forum Meetings with Group Committee Members.
Group Chairs’ Forum
This provides the means for all Groups to communicate directly with the Chair of the Board of Trustees and Icon Staff and to discuss and comment on the latest corporate developments and strategic initiatives.
The Forum also provides an opportunity for Groups to put forward their ideas for discussion by the Board of Trustees as appropriate, and to allow Chairs to share learning and connect with eachother.
All Group Chairs are invited to attend, or send another Committee member on their behalf.
Chairs will be asked to complete some tasks in advance of the meeting.
Group Treasurers' Forum
This provides an opportunity for Group Treasurers to get together with Icon Staff. The meeting focuses on discussing finances of Groups, sharing knowledge and problme solving collectively.
All Group Treasurers are invited to attend, or send another Committee member on their behalf.
Treasurers may be asked to complete some tasks in advance of the meeting.
