The Groups and Public Programme Lead is for signing off Annual Group Budgets and processing financial requests and paperwork from Groups, such as paying expenses, invoices or processing credit card payments.

JS2

JS2 is a specialist firm of Chartered Accountants providing financial support and outsourcing services to charities and the not-for-profit sector, to which Icon’s finance function is outsourced. They perform all the functions that an in-house finance team would normally do. They are responsible for processing payments, reconciling all transactions, and producing regular statements of your Group’s income and expenditure.

You would never be required to contact them. All contact to JS2 goes through the Groups and Public Programme Lead.

Finance Committee

Icon’s Board of Trustees have a sub Committee who oversee all the finances of Icon. If Groups would like to overspend their Annual Allowance or would like to make a large one-off payment, the Groups and Public Programme Lead will need to seek approval from the Chief Executive and the Finance Committee.
