An overview of our Groups and what they are
Our Groups reflect the breadth and diversity of the conservation profession. They create communities around particular conservation specialisms, shared areas of professional interest and different parts of the UK.
Icon Groups and Networks are advocacy and engagement groups for conservation in a particular specialism, geography or theme.
Most deliver exciting events for Icon members, sector professionals and the public to take part in
Some support and promote the creation and publishing of research.
Others provide a space for professionals to come together and problem solve.
If you're a member of Icon you can sign up to hear from Groups by logging into your Account and adjusting your Group settings. Tick as many Groups and Networks as you would like to receive communications from.
If you're not a member of Icon, and are interested in hearing from Groups, click on the specific Group and follow the sign-up link on their page.
If you would like to be involved in a Committee please make sure you are signed up to receive their comms, as Groups will advertise vacancies they're looking to fill through these.
Being on a Group Committee is only open to Icon Members.
