Group Deadlines and Lead Times

Here you can find the lead times and deadlines we need to support you

Contacting Icon: Please plan ahead as much as possible. The Groups and Public Programme Team aim to reply to Group's urgent requests within 3 working days, and general requests in 5 working days. The inbox is monitored daily. 

Submitting an Event: We recommend you submit your completed event form a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the event to allow time for uploading and promotion.

Submitted Events: Once we have recieved the completed form, we aim to upload to the website within 7 working days of receipt, along with a Newsletter if requested.

Requested Newsletters: We aim to share your newsletter to Group members within 5 working days of receipt.

Expenses & Invoices: We aim to pay these within 2 weeks of being processed.
