Heather Doyle
Heather Doyle is Icon’s Accreditation and Skills Manager and leads on supporting Pathway Members, as well as Mentors and Assessors involved in the training and accreditation process.
An experienced education manager and trainer, Heather has spent almost a decade overseeing work-based learning programmes in the Higher Education sector before joining Icon.

Iulia Beres
My name is Iulia and I have recently started my role as a Skills Administrator for Icon. I support our members with their accreditation program, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed throughout their development journey.
I’m a Business Management graduate with a strong interest for meaningful work and community impact. My extensive volunteering experiences with organisations like Romanian Red Cross, as well as initiatives in South Africa and China, sparked a long-standing interest in working within the non-profit sector. I’m now excited to bring that experience into my role at Icon, supporting both our members and the wider team, helping create a learning environment where everyone can grow and thrive!
