All Pathway Members are entitled to free mentoring from an Icon Pathway Mentor. Pathway Mentors are experienced ACRs who can support and guide their mentee, helping them progress towards, and through, the Icon accreditation process.
Pathway Mentors can be valuable in helping candidates understand the Icon professional standards and assessment process, identify skills gaps and articulate their experience effectively at both application and assessment stages. It’s also a great opportunity to expand your professional network.
You can apply for a mentor as soon as you become a Pathway Member, even if you do not intend to start accreditation assessment immediately. We strongly encourage all Pathway members to take advantage of this offer at the earliest opportunity.
