Banking with Icon

All Group income must be banked with Icon.

Since these are charitable funds, all income received must be paid into an Icon bank or credit card account. They must not be paid into a personal account or via another business or entity. Please ensure any members of your Group organising events etc are aware of this, so that they do not expose themselves to accusations of diverting charitable funds.

Icon is unable to accept payment in cash as we do not have the means to process it.

Delegate payments for events must only be taken through the Icon website which does all the processing for card payments. Do not set up your own external accounts on any platforms. The reason that Group events must run through the website is to ensure that we are able to track and allocate money received quickly and accurately, particularly to Groups.
