Social media exhibitions

A series of social media exhibitions to brighten up lockdown!

During the first UK national and international lockdown, the Icon Book & Paper Group produced a series of talks to bring us all together for professional development. This time our aim is to bring a little bit of brightness and camaraderie among our colleagues and the general public, to cheer us up in these difficult times.

One person or institution/studio per day will be able to show:

  • Conservation studios tours
  • Juicy behind the scenes
  • An interesting project
  • Or anything else you would like to share

To take part, curate 8 to 10 images accompanied by text and email them to us with this completed form.

Include the hashtag #IconEx21 in the text and don’t forget to add a mention to your own or your institution’s social media handles!

We will post across all our platforms: Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

For reasons related to the technical characteristics of the social media used, please send images that are consistent in format if you can, i.e. all landscape or all portrait. Landscape and squared pictures are preferred. Mixed orientations or portrait images may have to be cropped.

The Book & Paper Group reserves the ability to deny posting or re-sharing content that is found to be inconsistent with Icon Standards & Ethics or of unsuitable content.
