Hello everyone!

This is our discussion page for the Emerging Professionals Network. Use this space to introduce yourself and get to know other emerging professionals.

I'm Isabella and I am one of the Events Coordinators for the EPN. I am currently working as a Project Conservator in Liverpool. I studied conservation at Durham University and have a background in archaeology. Outside of conservation, I like D&D, miniature painting, reading, and walking!

Hi, I am Sophie and I'm currently a second year MA student at Durham University. I'm doing industrial placement between York Archaeology and Durham University.

Hi! I'm Joanne and I'm the Treasurer for EPN. I am currently a conservator at Durham University Collections, having studied paper conservation at Northumbria and had an internship at the University of Edinburgh. Beyond conservation I like art, drawing predominantly, and I am very interested in sustainability.

Hi! I'm Sian and I'm about to start a job as Preservation Technician at Imperial War Museum Duxford. I studied conservation at Durham University and have my first degree in Fine Art.
Outside of conservation I enjoy photography, plants, crime/murder mystery shows and documentaries, and upcycling clothes and jewellery.

Hi! I am Lindsey. I am in my second year of the MA Conservation course at Durham University. I am currently doing my placement at National Museum Wales. So far I have been doing work in archaeological, social history and natural science collections.

Outside of conservation, I also enjoy DnD, photography and crochet.

Hiya! I'm Mimi! I studied History of Science at the University of Manchester, and I'm most passionate about Natural History Collections! I'm originally from Chicago but I live in Manchester, and have just begun volunteering at the Portico Library.

Aside from collections, I'm into baking, travel, and reality tv! I'm excited to get to know new people here!
