Ticket Types
A range of tickets are available for in person and virtual attendance at Icon24 to allow delegates to enjoy the conference the way that best allows them to connect with the conservation event of the year.
Tickets are available in-person for the full two day conference, one day attendance and full online access both days. Payments can be made in full by credit/debit card and invoice, or delegates can even spread the cost of their fees by paying by direct debit.
Full conference tickets (In-person)
Giving you access to the full conference programme across both days of Icon24.
- In-person attendance at both days of the conference.
- Online access to all conference recordings after the event.
- Free access to the Icon Group events for Icon24 taking place across 2024.
- Lunch and refreshments.
- Attendance at the Summer evening drinks reception.
- Access to our sponsors and exhibitors stalls before each day and during breaks.
If you would like to take part in the full conference programme, but are unable to attend both days in-person you will be given access to the live stream for the day you aren't able to attend in-person so that you can still take part in all of Icon24.
One day conference tickets (In-person)
Giving you access to the attend Icon24 in-person on either day of the conference.
- In-person attendance at either day of the conference.
- Online access to conference recordings for they day you booked.
- Free access to the Icon Group events for Icon24 taking place across 2024.
- Lunch and refreshments.
- Attendance at the Summer evening drinks reception on 2nd July 2024 - this is available for delegates who have booked on either day of the conference.
- Access to our sponsors and exhibitors stalls before the confernece and during breaks.
Online access tickets
Allowing you to take part in the live stream of the conference across both days.
- Online attendance at both days of the conference.
- Online access to all conference recordings after the event.

Payment options
We are offering a range of flexible payment methods to ensure that all can come and take part in Icon24.
Credit / Debit Card or Invoicing
If paying by invoice please ensure you include a purchase order number where required. Invoices must be paid prior to the conference.
Direct Debit
Delegates will be asked to pay a small deposit of between £25 and £50, with the rest of the payments being taken out as equal monthly payments over 9 months. Direct debit payments are only available for in-person tickets.
