Our annual Pathway event is back!
Join us for a half-day online event featuring a series of talks and virtual networking opportunities, designed to support Pathway members in their Continuing Professional Development and journey towards becoming Accredited.
Hear directly from our Assessors, recently Accredited members and our Accreditation and Skills Manager as they share insights, practical advice and guidance on what to expect throughout the Accreditation journey.
Whether you’re just starting out or progressing towards Accreditation, this is an opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of the process, ask questions and connect with other Pathway members.
This event is aimed at Pathway members, but anyone interested in the Pathway or considering pursuing Accreditation is welcome to attend.

Session 1: Insights from our Assessors
Time: 9:30-10:30
Join two of our End Point Assessors for a panel discussion exploring their experiences of assessing candidates. Gain insight into what Assessors look for when reviewing e-portfolios, what makes a strong candidate and how to prepare for the assessment discussion. The Assessors will share practical advice to help demystify the assessment process and build your confidence.
Session 2: A candidate's perspective
10:30-11:30
Hear from two of our recently Accredited members as they share their personal experience of their Pathway journey. From deciding to pursue Accreditation and selecting projects to preparing for the assessment and navigating the assessment discussion, they’ll reflect on their experiences, the challenges they encountered and what they learned along the way.
Session 3: FAQs - your questions answered
11:30-12:30
Join our Accreditation and Skills Manager for a practical session exploring the 10 most frequently asked questions. Whether you’re just starting out or have been on the Pathway for some time, this session will address common questions, concerns and barriers to help you navigate the process with even more confidence.
Topics will include managing costs, reasonable adjustments, applying from overseas, addressing gaps in evidence and understanding what happens if you don’t pass the assessment.
Session 4: Pathway networking and Q&A
12:30-13:00
This optional session offers the opportunity to connect with other Pathway members in breakout rooms or stay in the main room to ask the Skills team questions.
