Curious about writing a grant, building your portfolio, or establishing yourself in the field?
This workshop is designed to support early career professionals working in conservation and heritage science as they navigate the next steps in their professional development.
Through a series of themed round robin discussions, participants will gain practical insight into building and refining portfolios, understanding the grant-writing process, and exploring strategies for advancing within the field.
A diverse team of experienced professionals from across institutions will share their expertise, offering guidance and reflections drawn from a range of career paths.
The workshop will conclude with a panel discussion centred on workplace culture, providing space to reflect on how to sustain and shape a meaningful and supportive professional life in conservation, and the heritage sector.
