Let’s launch your career in 2023!  

Icon and Julie Hutchison of Think Be Do Leadership have teamed up again and are ready for the next intake for the Leaders Launchpad Leadership Mastermind Programme. We have been delivering the Launchpad since 2018 and it has produced success after success of more confident, capable and effective leaders who have enjoyed promotions, new roles, results in their current roles and success in business.

We start our next cohort in February 2023 and would like to invite you to join us. 

  • You will be more focused on the big picture and relate this to your role or your business
  • You will grow as the leader you know you can be
  • You will grow your confidence and develop communication skills
  • You will enhance your influence and be a better collaborator with team, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • You will increase your impact and influence and get better results

It is a practical programme of learning and doing that shows you how you can think, be and do like a leader so you can create the impact and influence you need.

The Leaders Launchpad is a 12-month Online Training and Coaching Programme that is accessible, online, Inclusive and effective. We learn by experiencing and by implementation, some even say by osmosis! We don’t ask you to write essays or long reports. We want you to try things out and take action to step into your power.

If you would like to find out more, we are running a Discovery Session on 10th January 2023 at 1300hrs, to explain how the programme works and how you can get involved.

" It has given me the confidence to push for things I believe in at work, and to apply for new roles as I recognise my own worth.

The role of a coach is a powerful one and I am learning a lot from you about how to deal with different types of people, on top of the structured learning of the course.

The aspect I am enjoying most about the programme is the mental challenge. The confidence I am gaining from knowing that I am thinking things through in a logical sequence and translating those thoughts into my work makes me feel like I am finally putting some kind of structure to my business.

Also, I find it very encouraging to get new ideas of how to approach certain aspects and conversations and I enjoy trying different things that have been mentioned in the course
