Icon EPN Conference & AGM 2025: Opportunities and Collaborations

Join us for an in-person Icon Emerging Professionals Conference and AGM

Opportunities are key to an emerging conservator, from big career opportunities to the smaller opportunities of connecting with other conservators. Building a strong conservation community across specialisms to support emerging conservators is invaluable to finding these opportunities.

This is the first in-person conference held by Icon EPN, which will include plenty of opportunities for networking and hearing from both fellow emerging conservators and experienced conservators across the sector.

The day will be split into three sections:

  • Talks on 'Launching a Career'
  • A poster session
  • Talks on 'Collaborative Projects'

This event is open to all, from aspiring conservators wanting to know more about conservation, to more experienced conservators interested in what emerging conservators are doing.

The first Icon EPN AGM will also be held at this event.

Conference Programme

The conference programme is all about real-world insight, practical advice, and connecting with one another. Expect a full day of inspiring talks, networking, and a deep dive into how opportunities – big and small – can shape a career in conservation.
