Shirley Jones is Head of Conservation at West Yorkshire Archive Service. She originally trained as a paper conservator at the University of Northumbria before specialising in archives conservation through the ARA’s Conservation Training Scheme (ACTS). Shirley is current chair of the ARA’s Preservation and Conservation Group (PCG) and has been an accredited conservator since 2008.
Elizabeth Stettler is a conservator with over ten years of experience in a variety of settings including private practice, museums, and archives. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Preventive Conservation and a Master of Science degree in Information Studies as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in sculpture and printmaking. She currently serves as Training Officer for the Archives and Records Association Preservation and Conservation Group.
