#IconBPG21 Triennial agenda
It’s time! The Book and Paper Group are excited to announce that the agenda and ticket sales for the #IconBPG21 upcoming conference are live. The conference will take place over four afternoons, from October 4th to October 7th, 2021, and will be held online on Accelevents, an all-inclusive and interactive conferencing platform.
This third BPG conference offers an opportunity to share and exchange ideas demonstrating how we are constantly required to evolve within the Book and Paper specialism. We bring conservation forward with modern advocacy and solving current issues. How are sustainable environmental decisions incorporated into our work? How are we addressing the lack of diversity working on a material that holds such diverse history and cultures? What new tools, techniques and treatments have been adapted or introduced to the field? How is Book and Paper conservation merging with digital solutions to improve access and efficiency in workflows?
Conference Agenda:
We have a diverse and exciting line-up of keynote speakers, presenters, workshops, virtual tours, posters and dynamic sessions, and many opportunities to network and socialise. You can currently find keynote presenters and speakers on the agenda. Details of further sessions will be updated in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for any changes.

Ticket categories and prices:
Full access and day tickets. We are offering both full access tickets for the entire four days of the conference, as well as individual day tickets for increased flexibility. There is a student pricing option as well. To verify student status, we may need to require the use of a school email address for the booking.
Icon members discount. Icon members (Associates, Students and Pathway) can find the link that will allow them to access member pricing within the Group Member's Area when logged in to the Icon website and proceeding to the booking link, alternatively it can be found in the Iconnect email which was sent to Icon members on the 29 April.
Payment. At the time of registration, payment will be made via Stripe, a credit card processing service connected with Accelevents. Registrants will receive an email receipt.

Deadlines
Early bird registration will be available until 19 July 2021 at midnight BST (to be crystal clear, early bird registration will run through to 18 July 2021, finishing at the end of that day at midnight.) Only early bird tickets will be available through Accelevents until the deadline. After that, the available tickets will be only full price options.
There are no early bird discounts for day tickets.
Full-price registration will run from 19 July 2021 at midnight until the conference begins.
