Official Notice of 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Conservation

The 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Conservation will be held at 5.30pm on Wednesday 7 October 2026

30 Jul 2026

This year's AGM is an opportunity to come together and hear from Icon's Trustees, staff, and members as we reflect on the highlights of another year championing conservation.

In addition to sharing the Trustees' Annual Report and our Impact Report for 2025-2026, we'll be updating members on our Chartership journey, National Lottery Heritage Fund project and more as we consider our impact and ambitions for the future.

This year’s AGM will take place before our unmissable 2026 Annual Lecture, Method or Madness?: 40 years of the Constable Research Project and the re-discovery of the full-size sketch for ’The Cornfield’, c.1820-26 from Accredited paintings conservator Sarah Cove ACR. Both events are free to members and can be booked separately.

The 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Conservation will be held at 5.30pm on Wednesday 7 October 2026 to consider the following business:

Ordinary Resolution 1: To receive the Trustees’ Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2026.

Ordinary Resolution 2: To authorise the Trustees to appoint the auditors to serve until the end of the next Annual General Meeting and to authorise the Trustees to decide the remuneration to be paid to the auditors.
