Nominations for Icon’s 2025 Board elections opened on 23 June 2025, when notifications were emailed to member inboxes.
Being a Trustee is a truly rewarding experience. As a member of Icon’s Board you’ll contribute to the strategic leadership of Icon, working alongside other elected members and coopted Trustees from a wide range of professions.
Trustees are asked to commit to four board meetings, one planning day and some additional committee meetings each year. To be an effective Trustee, candidates must be enthusiastic, keen to collaborate and express their views on the strategic direction of the organisation.
There are four vacancies for election in this year’s Board elections. Three are unreserved seats and one is the representative seat for Scotland. If you hold Accredited, Pathway, Associate, or Student membership, then you’re eligible to stand for election.
If you, or someone you know has a strong vision for the future of Icon, please encourage them to submit a nomination by the closing date of 25 August 2025, 11:59pm.
