Survey on knitted fabric conservation
As part of the University of Melbourne’s Master of Cultural Materials Conservation, I am undertaking a minor thesis researching and assessing techniques which can be utilised for the mechanical stabilisation and repair of local areas of loss in knitted fabrics.
If you have practical experience in knitted fabric conservation, I would greatly appreciate it if you would participate in my survey. The survey contains seven text response questions and will take roughly 30 minutes to complete. The survey is open until 21st July 2023 and can be accessed via the following link:

This thesis is supervised by Dr. Sabine Cotte and has human research ethics approval from The University of Melbourne under Ethics Approval 22725.
