For over thirty years I have worked with the National Records of Scotland’s Conservation department, where I have gained extensive experience in archive conservation, including assessing archives, exhibitions, evaluating options and carrying out remedial interventive techniques. I have held Icon Accreditation for 25 years and Registered Membership of the Archive and Records Association (ARA), since 2000. Whilst being qualified in book and paper conservation, I also hold a Masters in Preventive Conservation, and currently am in the position of Conservation Lead (Interim).
