Tour of AOC commercial archaeological conservation labs with a talk from Gretel Evans ACR: ‘Conservation in commercial archaeology, best practise process for conservation of archaeological assemblages in the context of post-excavation work’.
The Icon Archaeology Group will be hosted by Gretel Evans of AOC Archaeology at their Edinburgh base. Join us for a presentation on best practice in conservation of archaeological assemblages and a tour of the AOC facilities. The tour will feature viewing of objects/assemblages currently in treatment in the lab (subject to client approval) followed by tea and biscuits and a chance for discussion and networking.
