We’re starting to think about our next organisational strategy, for which we’re taking a longer term approach.
Icon Strategy 2030 is intended to help us visualise where we want the conservation profession to be in 2030, and this will then help us to determine the actions we need to get us there over the next nine years or so.
Naturally, we need as many members as possible to help us shape the new strategy, as it will take our combined efforts to achieve our ambitions for where we want to be in 2030 so we’ve set up a series of Roundtables on Zoom an invited a facilitator to lead the discussion and glean as many ideas and insights as we can.
A key ambition for us is to be as diverse as possible in our outlook, and ensure our members outside the UK feel involved and supported.
