Icon’s Health and Safety for Conservators is having an in-person day! It will provide an overview of the essential and current Health & Safety information for conservators working in a conservation studio and/or on-site.

10:00–11:00 Health & Safety Responsibilities - an overview of why we bother with Health and Safety, discussing our legal responsibilities under both criminal and civil law.

11:15–12:15 Process of risk assessment

12:15–12:30 Q&A

12:30–13:15 Lunch* food preferences to be sent to us one week before the meeting.

13:15–14:45 Hazards and how to deal with them Interactive session. There will be an opportunity for some specific H&S problems to be discussed

14:45–15:00 Tea

15:00–16:30 Hazards continued.

16:30–17:00 Q&A and close
