Full Workshop: Conservation Ethics - Theory and Reality

Join fellow professionals for a dynamic Conservation Ethics workshop exploring the complex decisions that shape conservation practice

The day begins with a thought-provoking morning lecture and discussion at The London Archives (TLA), before moving into a hands-on object assessment session using collection material in the TLA studio. The afternoon session takes place at the Wellcome Collection with further case studies and critical debate.

Designed for conservators across specialisms, this event offers a rare opportunity to test judgement, share perspectives, and reflect on ethical challenges in a collaborative, practice-focused environment.
