Carola Del Mese
Carola Del Mese holds a postgraduate diploma, a Masters in Metal Conservation from West Dean College, and a degree in three-dimensional glass craftsmanship and design from Wolverhampton University. Following her Batchelors degree she undertook a 25 year career as a theatrical prop maker, working for theatres, opera houses, theme parks and TV, having apprenticed at Glyndebourne Opera House. Prior to her conservation studies, Carola took on a three-month conservation placement at Brighton Royal Pavilion and completed funded placements at Fishbourne Roman Palace, and Worthing Museum. She is now working on the Rooswijk project in the Historic England labs at Fort Cumberland for MSDS Marine.
