We would like to hear about your storage challenges and solutions; sustainability, risk-based approaches - Small as well as large projects. Have you come across some interesting historic storage systems? Created open or visible storage? Adapted storage to facilitate cultural needs? Dealt with awkward spaces? Juggled opposing environmental needs? Please share your experiences, good and bad!

Save the date for this one-day in-person conference to share experiences, meet new colleagues and network. Open to all with an interest in Conservation in the North, including curators, conservators, historians, students, interns and related disciplines.

We are seeking 15-minute presentations (please note that proceedings will not be published). To express an interest in presenting, submit your abstract or for an informal conversation please email [email protected].
 
The deadline for abstract submissions is Monday 1st December 2025 13:00.

Abstracts should be around 200 words, roughly half a side of an A4 page.
