Emergency Budget: implications for conservation- buildings and collections PDF Print E-mail

heritage_alliance.pngThe Emergency Budget presented to the House last Tuesday was just as painful as anticipated, with an across-the-board increase in VAT from 17.5 per cent to 20 per cent from 4 January 2011.
