Icon does not hold any stocks of Conference papers. Most post-prints are produced and distributed by the Icon Group responsible for organising an event, so please go to the relevant Group page for details of how to obtain these.
From 2008 Icon amalgamated its two former journals, The Conservator and The Paper Conservator under the title Journal of the Institute of Conservation. Members now receive two issues each year, one focussing on paper conservation and the other covering a wider range of conservation topics.
The next journal to be published will be available in Spring 2010.
The Journal of the Institute of Conservation is published by Routledge (Taylor & Francis) and there are two deadline dates for articles to reach the Editor.
Call for Papers
What interesting projects are you working on at the moment? Are you undertaking a novel approach to your work that others would find useful? Were you reinvigorated by the recent CF10 conference and have burning issues that you wish to publish? We are currently looking for articles relating to book and paper conservation for submission to the Journal of the Institute of Conservation. The deadline for submitting completed articles is 31st August 2010. If you would like to discuss your ideas or would like more advice on how to turn a project into an article, please contact the Editor

Completed articles based on other conservation disciplines for consideration for volume 35 issue 1 (spring 2012) should be sent by 28 February 2011. Proposals for articles are welcome before that date.

V & A Conservation Journal
The V&A Conservation Journal provides an overview of current work within the Conservation department. It reflects the department's role within the Victoria and Albert Museum and the range of its activities.
